The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Any information that you submit to Personalized With Luv will not be sold or otherwise released to a third party. All personal information collected during your shopping experience is used to fulfill your order or advise you of the status of your order. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock you will receive an email and we will try to accommodate with an alternative option or a time frame for delivery.

Custom-designed art and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order. Because items are made to your specifications, Personalized With Luv cannot accept returns of these items.

Personalized and custom-designed products require varying amounts of time to produce before shipping. Please note that since these items are one-of-a-kind and are produced by hand, the times allowed are only estimates and may vary by a few days. Personalized With Luv works to ship your custom-made and personalized purchases as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please call us the same business day at 917.687.5435 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We accept Paypal or money orders. The majority of purchases from Personalized With Luv are gifts, therefore, we never include the receipt with your order. A receipt is emailed to you immediately upon placing your order. If you need another copy of your receipt please contact us and we will email one to you.

Personalized With Luv collects 8.65% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of New York State.

Personalized With Luv works to ship your purchases as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us the same business day 1.917.687.5435 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your item has already shipped, please see our Return Policy.

Unless noted on the individual product page, all stock orders are shipped in approximately 3 business days after you place your order. PLEASE NOTE: choosing an expedited shipping method only speeds up the shipping transit time - it does not expedite the time before shipping on custom or personalized purchases. Custom items may take 1-3 weeks for shipping. If you require expedited processing, please indicate this in the special instructions box during check out.

Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office boxes.

Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You may visit the UPS Tracking Page on their website to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Because artisans craft these items to your specifications, Personalized With Luv cannot accept returns of custom items.

Personalized With Luv is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Please contact us at 1.917.687.5435 to coordinate your return. Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition. Sale merchandise is not returnable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. Please call us for a return address at 1.917.687.5435. 

Include your name, address, email address, reason for return, order number (if you have it) and a request for either a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Within two weeks of receipt of your return we will process either your refund or store credit. Information about how to redeem your store credit will be emailed to you. Please be assured that if the item you are returning is a gift, the gift giver will not be notified of your return.

At this time, Personalized With Luv does not ship items outside the 50 United States.

As a customer of Personalized With Luv you will be subscribed to our e-newsletters and notified when new products are added and when special sales take place. To unsubscribe please send an email to us with unsubscribe in the subject.

We are always on the looking for new products to add to our unique selection. If you are an artisan or represent a manufacturer who offer?s unique baby gifts, accessories or monogramable items, tell us about yourself and your products. We would LUV to hear from you!

If you do not have a website with images, please email us product photos as well as your wholesale pricing for our review. In order to review your product and determine if it is a good fit for our website we must have all wholesale information.
